TradePerformance

Is my trade data used to train anything?

Not by us. The privacy policy says it plainly: we do not train AI models on your trade data, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising. What your chosen AI provider does with a request is governed by that provider's terms, which is one more reason the choice of provider is yours.

The distinction matters, so here it is precisely.

TradePerformance stores your trades so the app can show them to you. It does not train models on them, and there is no model here to train — every AI feature calls out to a provider.

Your AI provider receives the contents of whatever request a feature made. Whether they retain it, and whether they train on it, is their policy, not ours. The major providers generally treat API traffic differently from consumer chat traffic, and several offer explicit no-training terms on API usage — but that is a question to answer on their site, for the plan you are on, not one we can answer for you.

What this means in practice: if you have data you would not send to a third party, the control you have is the one that matters — do not add a key, or turn off the features that send that particular thing. Both are covered below.
