Dashboard
The first page you land on, and the one that answers "where do I stand, and is anything wrong right now?" without you having to go looking. Everything on it is built from trades you have already logged.

Every trade you log ends up here. The Journal is the full record — one row per trade, newest first — and it is where you go to find a particular trade, review how a day went, or fill in the detail you had no time for while you were actually trading.

Your setups live here — the strategies you have decided to trade, written down with their entry rules and a confirmation checklist. The Playbook is the half of the app that says what you meant to do, so that everything else can measure what you actually did against it.

Everything you have logged, scored and cut apart. The Journal is the record; Analytics is where it gets read back to you — which setups actually pay, where your execution leaks money, how much risk you are really running, and what your own state has to do with any of it.

The research desk. Everywhere else in the app the subject is your trading; here the subject is the market. You define a dataset, the app fills in what it can compute and you log the rest, and then it measures what you collected — how often a condition is followed by a particular outcome, and how often that outcome happens anyway.

A month at a time, one cell per day, with that day's profit or loss on it. It is the smallest page in the app and the one most worth visiting daily, because it is also where the debrief lives — the pre-market prep, the report card and the per-trade notes that everything on the Psychology tab is built from.

The economic calendar, the headlines, what the market actually did when each event landed, and what you did. It is the one page that looks forward rather than back — everything else in the app reads your history; this reads the day in front of you.

A screenshot of the chart you were looking at when you took the trade is the one piece of evidence a journal cannot reconstruct afterwards. Capture takes it for you — automatically, at the moment of the fill, from the monitor you nominate — and attaches it to the right trade without you touching anything.
