How do I move around inside a tab?

Each tab has a strip of sub-pages under it. Click one to switch. Risk has fifteen, Execution ten, Edge nine, Psychology six, and Overview two. Reports has none — it is one screen.

This is the part people miss. A tab is a section, not a page — clicking Risk lands you on the first of fifteen sub-pages, and everything else on that tab is behind the strip rather than further down the same screen.

Under the strip is a one-line hint describing what the current sub-page holds — on Overview's Scorecard, for instance, "Score, key stats, equity curve, recent activity". It is the fastest way to tell whether the thing you want is on this sub-page or another one.

You can also move by voice: the sub-pages are addressable by name, and by position — "page three" goes to the third sub-page of whatever tab you are on.
