What does "show data source disagreements" do?

It surfaces a review pill when the chart read disagrees with data that came from your platform. It is off by default, and off means the disagreement is still recorded — just silently, for us to investigate rather than you.

Two sources can describe the same trade: what your platform reported, and what the model read off the chart image. When they conflict, something is wrong — and usually it is worth knowing which of the two.

Off, the default. The conflict is logged quietly. Nothing appears on the trade. The reasoning behind that default is that a disagreement between two of our own data sources is our problem to troubleshoot, not a question to hand the person trying to review their trading.

On. A review pill appears on the affected field, showing that the two sources differ so you can decide which to trust.

Turn it on if you are actively checking how well chart reads perform on your setup — for instance, just after filling in your context profile, when you want to see whether the reads improved. Turn it off again once you are satisfied; otherwise it is noise on the page you use to review trades.
