What is the debrief, and what are its three tabs?

The day's written record, in three tabs: Pre-Market Prep, Report Card and Per-Trade Notes. It starts closed; opening it creates the day's debrief.

The debrief is the part of this app that is not automatic. Everything else is computed from your trades; this is what you tell it.

The three tabs are meant to be filled at three different times of day:

• Pre-Market Prep, before the session — what you see in the market and what you intend to do about it.
• Report Card, after it — how you actually did, including the mental scores.
• Per-Trade Notes, alongside it or after — one note per trade, with an emotion and any mistake types.

You can save a draft at any point, and mark the debrief complete when you are done. Complete is what turns the day's dot green and what the Debriefs done figure counts.
