What feeds the Psychology tab?
Your debriefs. Mental scores, physical readiness and routine come from the daily report card; emotion and mistake tags come from the trades themselves.
This is the one tab that is not built from your fills. Everything on it comes from things you wrote down about yourself, which has two consequences worth understanding.
The first is that it cannot be backfilled. Analytics can recompute a chart about your exits whenever it likes, but nobody can tell you how you felt on a Tuesday in March if you did not say so at the time.
The second is that its quality is entirely your own. Scores you filled in honestly, including the days you would rather not have recorded, are what make correlations here mean anything.
What it reads:
- Mental scoresThe nine measures you score AM and PM in the day's Report Card.
- Physical readinessSleep, quality, stress and wellness from the same place.
- RoutineHow much of your own pre-session routine you completed.
- Emotion and mistake tagsFrom individual trades, set by hand, by voice, or by the AI reading your notes.
- Session segmentsThe per-part-of-day grades and market conditions in the Report Card.
