What are the five reminder types and when do they fire?
Pre-market prep, Physical readiness, AM mental check, PM mental check, and End of day. Each fires once a day in your profile's timezone.
They split into two kinds, and the difference is how much they interrupt you.
Two open the full debrief page:
- Pre-market prepFires before your first active session. On by default.
- End of dayA corner card carrying your overall grade and six reflections, with an Edit manually link through to the full report card. On by default.
Three are quick corner cards you can answer by voice or by typing, and all three are off until you turn them on:
- Physical readinessSleep, stress, wellness. Morning, before your first session.
- AM mental checkAt the end of your morning session. Nine mental scores, which fill the AM columns of your Report Card.
- PM mental checkThe same nine scores at the end of the afternoon, filling the PM columns.
Their default times are derived from your session segments rather than guessed, so turning a session on moves the reminders that depend on it.
