How do I capture multiple charts at once for multi-timeframe analysis?

Put them on one monitor and point capture at that monitor. There is no multi-chart setting to switch on — a full-screen capture of a four-panel template is the multi-timeframe capture, and the chart read handles it panel by panel.

The work is in your platform's layout, not in this app's settings.

Arrange the timeframes you actually trade from into a single template on a single display — a 1-minute, a 5-minute and a 30-minute of the traded instrument is the common shape, plus whatever order-flow pane you read. Make sure each panel's own title or axis shows its symbol and timeframe, because that is what the chart read looks at to tell the panels apart.

Then select that display under Screen selection below, and every capture takes the whole arrangement in one frame.

How to tell it worked. Open the trade, and look at the market-context fields the chart read filled. If it read your template properly, the levels it returns come from more than one timeframe, and the notes say which panel each came from — "entry at the 21 EMA on the 5m, dVAL on the 30m" is the shape of a good read. A read that only ever names one timeframe means the other panels were unreadable at capture resolution, or their symbol and interval are not legible in the frame.

The chart read is a separate feature and it is not free. It needs an AI key on the account and Auto-read charts left on in Settings → AI. Without a key, capture still takes and attaches the picture — nothing is lost — but no fields are filled from it. See adding an API key.
