What are Pattern Alerts?
Automatic warnings about how you are behaving, not about how you are doing. Seven detectors run over your recent trades and speak up when one of them matches.
Everything else on the Dashboard measures results. Pattern alerts measure conduct, which is the thing you can still change today.
They are deliberately about the present session or the recent past — sizing up after a loss, trading straight after a loss, trading outside your hours. Each one is a pattern that tends to precede a bad day rather than describe one that has already happened.
They appear in the banner stack, behind anything time-critical, and each carries a severity:
- Critical, in red — a rule has actually been broken.
- Warning, in amber — behaviour that usually precedes trouble.
- Note, in blue — worth knowing, not worth stopping for.
The colour is the fastest read: a red banner means one of your own limits has been crossed, amber means it is heading that way. Every alert carries the same furniture — the kicker naming the type and the day, a title with the count, what to do about it, how many trades were flagged, and a Dismiss you can use once you have taken the point.
